It lacked a mechanism for handling car bookings or managing rental requests. Additionally, the client required integration with Keap to manage customer data and automate follow-ups. The existing site also did not provide a smooth user experience for browsing and booking cars.
We transformed the website from a static single-page format into a fully functional car rental booking platform, allowing users to browse, select, and book vehicles online. We implemented a JotForm booking system to efficiently handle car reservations and rental requests, providing a user-friendly interface for customers. Additionally, we integrated the booking system with Keap to manage customer information, automate follow-ups, and streamline communication. The site’s design was also revamped to improve navigation and usability, ensuring a smooth and intuitive booking process.
